Most of our items are eligible for our 30-day replacement policy. If your product is faulty or damaged, you can contact us for a replacement or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it ONLY.

** TO BE ELIGIBLE, THE ITEM MUST BE FAULTY OR DAMAGED ONLY. YOU WILL NEED TO SEND PROOF OF DAMAGE IN THE FORM OF CLEAR PICTURES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT REPLACEMENTS IF YOU CHANGE YOUR MIND. **
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL WE PROVIDE A CASH REFUND. ALL ITEMS ARE MADE TO ORDER AND CUSTOM MADE.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
* Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Custom printed items. Please note all of our items we sale are custom printed and non-returnable unless defective.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
